Your material. Your control.
A clear view of how this Bento preview handles your information.
What we save
We store your sign-in email and display name, account status, first and most recent sign-in times, uploaded files, notes, study packs, planner entries, profile choices, and practice results. Files are held in object storage; account and study records are held in the site database.
Who can access it
Your signed-in account can access its own records. The Bento owner can view account information and access study content for support and administration; content views and downloads are recorded in an admin audit log. Bento uses ChatGPT sign-in. Google, Apple, and standalone email login are not connected.
AI processing
No live AI provider is connected. Pasted notes are processed with text extraction rules. If an AI provider is added, this notice must be updated before sending student content to that provider.
Delete your data
You can export your study data, delete individual files, or erase your Bento account and study content from Settings. Download file contents separately before deleting them. Application deletion removes active records and objects. Administrative audit entries may retain a pseudonymous account ID for security; hosting providers may retain backups under their own policies. Your ChatGPT account is not deleted.
